Diversified exposure to large cap digital assets

Grayscale Digital Large Cap Fund allows investors to more effectively implement strategic and tactical asset allocations that incorporate digital assets by using the Fund's shares. The Fund seeks to hold large cap digital assets that collectively comprise 70% of the entire digital asset market.

Robust security and storage

Grayscale Digital Large Cap Fund’s assets are stored in offline or “cold” storage with Coinbase Custody Trust Company, LLC, as Custodian. The Custodian is a fiduciary under § 100 of the New York Banking Law and a qualified custodian for purposes of Rule 206(4)-2(d)(6) under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended.
